LEXINGTON completes 2-4 homes per year depending on the size and complexity of each project. The company was founded in 1995 by Jeffrey W. Balzer, an Arizona native with extensive construction and development experience. Jeff’s background includes large (600 – 10,000+ acre) master planned communities, exclusive golf course design and construction as well as extensive residential and commercial development in and around the Phoenix metropolitan area.
